CAC (Bethel) UK collaborates with Excellence in Education (EIE) programme to Offer Free Post-Exam Support and Insights on 2025 GCSE and BTEC Results

PRESS RELEASE*
Date: August 21, 2025

As students across England, Wales, and Northern Ireland receive their GCSE and BTEC results today, faith based charity, CAC (Bethel) UK and Professor Chris Imafidon, Chair of the Excellence in Education (EIE) Programme, extend heartfelt congratulations to all students. Recognizing the unique challenges faced by the “pandemic pupils”β€”those who commenced their secondary education during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020β€”Professor Imafidon emphasizes the importance of understanding the examination system to truly reflect students’ efforts and abilities.

In light of this, Professor Imafidon and a dedicated team of CAC (Bethel) UK volunteers will be offering free educational support and advice to students and parents. These sessions aim to provide guidance on interpreting results, exploring further education options, and leveraging modern educational tools.

Students and parents should take advantage of this opportunity, especially as many schools and colleges are closed during the holiday period.

Education is too huge a responsibility and far important to be left to schools alone. So, community groups and charitable organisations should contribute to the development of the next generation.
